They have not had working fountain drinks in months, which is some thing I prefer over the bottles I don’t understand since all your locations in the area have fountain sodas. I will not be back to this location.

Ordered two subs off of the app and showed up 25 minutes after I did when the app said they were ready. When I got there it was very slow and the employee was behind the counter helping a customer. In the 25 minutes from the time I ordered neither of my subs had been made and I asked the employee if I could get a refund and not have him make them and he did I could on the app, total lie. Even while I was waiting in the restaurant and he knew I was waiting on my online order he still continued to fulfill new walk in customer orders. Terrible experience.

The woman behind the counter was so rude! She didn't greet me... never even asked me what I wanted - just gave me a look and shugged her shoulders like "what do you want?" She was rude and made me feel like I was bothering her by showing up. The salad she made me was mediocre and when I asked if I could have it chopped she ROLLED HER EYES and walked to the back to get the equipment.

The outside is in bad shape. Grass always need to cut. Weeds growing against the building. Windows are dirty. However staff is always friendly and helpful.

I ordered a foot long veggie patty yesterday evening and the male employee tried to only give 1 patty instead of thr 2 patties which I am paying for. He stated his manager trained him to cut up 1 patty into thin strips to cover the entire footlong. After I insisted this is incorrect the employee did give me 2 patties. Reading other reviews this Subway is breaking many policies. I got the veggies I wanted but they did not taste fresh.

Staff was really friendly and the dining area was, spacious, clean and impressive with the classy design..it's got a restaurant feel to it, the food was really fresh and tasty.

This franchise breaks from company policy and does not let customers use the bathrooms! Every time you go in there will be a different excuse of why you can't use it. Also, they skimp out on all the vegetables and you almost have to beg them to get a normal amount of vegetables on your sandwich. I'm sure this Subway is on the way out, penny pinching and having the type of owners that they have to direct their customers to go elsewhere.

Worst customer service ever! The store hours were clearly 10pm, but we got in at 8pm and he insisted on closing early. Plus, he didn't use white paper base to put the bread on. Plus, he didn't use gloves to prepare my sub! Plus, he barely put any lettuce and will refuse to put anymore. Extremely rude employee! I don't recommend this store to anyone.
