Worst service at this subway. I ordered veggie sub and she wasn’t adding extra onions when I insisted couple times. She was like there is only 6 counts of onions in sub standard. Really it isn’t like this in other subways. I would not suggest anyone to go at this location.

I didn’t get food. I order subway for me and my husband lady doesn’t understand and didn’t give me my order . She and her colleague both ladies laugh. I said you supposed to not laugh on your customers and they laugh again. She made half subway and through in front of me. I wanna pay for my order she said bye. This is not a customer service. Poor service. Disappointed. Need to change employees

They told me they couldn’t do a 6” flatbread, so I asked for a foot long. They took less than a 6” portion, wrapped it up a bunch of times in the flatbread as if it were a wrap, and charged the tiny wrap as a “titan turkey” footlong for $20. I think I just got robbed…

Order a all American sub.The only thing I got on the sub was pickles, mayo,mustard, oil and black pepper. I asked for two of the little black cups of banana peppers I get everytime I order.Never been told it's .50 extra, but they put enough pickles to full 5 little black cups.I told the lady I wasn't paying extra, so she took sub back.I guess it's cheaper for subway to put in trash are she could have took it home.

Staff was not super friendly.
They don't let you choose the toppings. More just order from the menu. I asked for one sandwhich and they made a different one. They did correct it. The quality seems a little worse than other subway locations.
It's ok, but I think I may avoid going here if I had the option.
On the hours opening looks like 8am . But the guy behind the counter says they are not open. He doesn’t even provide any information about the opening time.

I'm calling corporate on thsi location I wanted a breakfast sandwich egg steak & cheese and they were gonna charge me extra for tomatoes and spinach. cause it only comes with lettuce & onions .unbelievable franchise now I see why they have only 1 Star and negative reviews..?

We were overcharged on all 3 meals. A ham sandwich was charged as grilled chicken. A 6” sub was charged as a 12”. And the $3 upgrade to a “meal” with chips/cookie and soda was charged at $5 (the items were rung up individually, not as an “upgrade.”) Overall, we were overcharged by about $12 on 3 meals. When I immediately pointed out the issues, the employees acted like they didn’t understand and/or couldn’t fix it.This location might do better with kiosk ordering to ensure both pricing transparency and documentation of what was actually ordered.(We also had issues of employees not listening - eg, we asked for cucumbers and got a fist full of peppers. But we actually also wanted the peppers, so it all worked out.)

I wasn't expecting much at a Subway at a service plaza, but the friendly, pro staff there were so accommodating and my sandwich was excellent, I'm compelled to leave a review. This is one of the cleanest Subways I've ever seen, well-stocked right down to the assorted potato chips! I got a warm veggie patty sandwich with all the veggie toppings on toasted bread. It's basically a Prager burger in a big rectangular shape, but the Subway staff really took it to the next level! Hot tip: oil and vinegar are behind the counter, just ask!
