I recently tried the smoked mandi at Swaad Food Truck, and it was absolutely delicious. The highlight for me was their special mayonnaise, which paired perfectly with the rich ghee flavor in the rice. The mandi was generously topped with dry fruits fried in ghee, adding an amazing taste and texture. It was one of the best mandis I have had in Connecticut. Can’t explain in words…These people are too good . I still can’t understand how they are bringing the authenticity for these foods. Felt like I’m back in India …Thank you so much for bringing these taste back to us

Best Vegetarian food around.
Their must try Paneer 65 Biryani. Chilli paneer is good. Great food , Prices are reasonable. Overall well experience and definitely will come back for more.
