Absolutely horrible customer service. The food is always great, but this review is based on the timely manner of getting the food. I was waiting in the drive through for almost 20 minutes, waiting for my food. Employees didn’t give any updates and let us know what’s going on. Really disappointed in this establishment.

We bought Mexican pizza which barely had any cheese on it, grilled burrito(chipotle ranch) which was the smallest burrito I have ever eaten and lastly cheese quesadilla where one slice didn’t have any cheese on it. When I showed this to the staff they said they have added everything to recommended portion size. So I don’t know if Taco Bell is going through some cheap cuts or the staff here was lying to me on my face. Cause my family loves tacos and we have been eating it ever since we can remember and it was never this bad.

This Taco Bell is one of the best I have been to. While others in the area have been struggling with staff shortages that often impact food quality, this location has been consistently high quality for years. A great manager and staff!

1 stars for Taco bell because they got my order wrong repeated it 3 times to them and I paid over 9 dollars for 3 soft tacos and no drink that were made wrong I said no sour cream and they stuffed it with sour cream I do not recommend going there and the workers were very rude

The girl behind the counter flat out didn't believe him and told he he didn't place an order. Upon reviewing the register she realized there was in fact and order for us. No apology was given, her only response was give a second. Never coming here again!!
