A bunch of idiots work here asked for three soft tacos no lettuce with sour cream got three soft tacos no sour cream with lettuce I guess you don’t need a high school diploma or basic learning skills
Malik has amazing customer service skills and handled what could have been a bad experience and made it a pleasurable one! I'm grateful and happy to have come to this taco bell.

This place is ghetto. I was inside ready to order when an employee who’s off the clock came in to fight an employee who was working. She was screaming and acting like a bully. Why would I eat here when I can spend my money somewhere else and not have to worry about my safety. This place is trash.

Dead restaurant equals unhappiness in a neighborhood. Be polite, do not yell at customers, greet every customer that comes in and remember that the customer is usually right( when they feel neglected or disrespected). Happy Thanksgiving.

No tomatoes means no tomatoes… it means make a new one. The time you spent fingering out the tomatoes just to leave some in AND take out the hard taco shell, you could’ve made a new one with no tomatoes for less time. I shouldn’t have to claim an allergy in order to get my food correctly. Down here on vaca but never again will we visit this taco bell.

When I’d initially placed my mobile order there was a lengthy wait. Upon receiving the food my nacho fries were… lacking in temperature (they were ice cold and hard ?)
You may be asking why I’m giving them 5 stars
When I went up to let them know about the cold fries and the wait (guessing that the two were related), they immediately offered me a replacement for the subpar item, no further questions asked. I was so nervous going up and complaining because I hate being that person (was just considering eating the sad fries tbh) but they made me feel so much better about it and reassured me that I wasn’t overreacting by asking for the fries to be heated up. As someone who works in food myself, some of the best customer relations are built by responding to critique with grace and making it right wherever you can.
For anybody wondering: my food was freaking scrumptious ✨✨
A++, I’d give 6 stars if I could, this is already my Taco Bell of choice but if it hadn’t been before, this experience would’ve won my loyalty

Good experience
I’ve been here a few times and each time got worse. The first time, I waited in line for 20 minutes to get to the window to pickup an online order and then waited another 10 for them to make it. The second time they give me my order, without saying a single word to me, I say thank you, continue to get ignored and the window gets shut in my face. The third and will be the last time, I get home and find moldy tomatoes in my chalupa. They need to do better asap!

On God thought it was eerie that there was no one in the parking lot, couldn't figure it out. Place seemed open, but no lunch rush? It was weird.
Got the food, tomatoes tasted old, but it's fast food so whatever, I picked them out. The soft shell taco tasted a bit like plastic but, it's fast food, whatever. So like, it is what it is.
Then I saw the dead roach near our table. So, not as clean as I thought. I find it interesting too that in our bag was a little note to provide feedback to what seems like a direct email to someone's business account. What, they don't want corporate to know they're not doing so hot?

The Taco Bell staff were loud and very terrible. Endless arguing among each other about their friends and personal lives, heavy usage of profane words and they didn't complete my order and left out the sauce pack after placing the order from my phone. It was some young guy with glasses and some thin chick with a blonde ponytail that were loud, arguing and unwarranted. Should of kept their argument privately and not at a place where the public can hear you and see you.

Typical Taco Bell. I ordered a burrito and a taco. Both were good. Nice spot to get into and out with traffic lights at the back exit to get out to the busy roads. Service was friendly and efficient. I ate inside and it was very clean.
