This Taco Bell location used to be on point.. About 2 yrs ago they were precise, friendly & consistent. Food was always hot & made the right way.. along that timeline they slipped tremendously.. food is never hot.. it comes out sloppy or wet. Employees making little to no effort.. I don't go here anymore. This place used to be the goat what a shame.
If I could give them NO stars, I would. I have been here for years, usually fair service, product..... but today was the last straw.I asked for no cheese- and CONFIRMED -of course got cheese (I can't eat cheese)- the taco shells were RANCID (I know that gross smell) - almost $15 in the trash. DISGUSTING.
As always, Taco bell has a lot of affordable vegetarian friendly options.Love the nacho cheese fries.Vegetarian options: Lots of options to choose from. They all have Vegetarian sign posted next to it.
Walked in to order the pizza hut combo meal because it was not in the app. Don't judge, I had a pizza hut craving. It was not in the kiosk screen either. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes as staff worked the drive through and kept looking at me. They finally spoke but I couldn't hear them because God forbid they come talk to a customer. She repeated louder from the back "you can use the kiosk" as if I was bothering them to do their job. No I can't I already tried that. I walked out. Customer service does not exist in this store.
the people who work her are idiots. me and my family go through the drive through sometimes and they somehow manage to mess something up every time. we went through the drive through and ordered one chalupa but they charged us for two and were hesitant to refund us for the one we didn’t order because they only gave us the one that we ordered. they also gave attitude, very unprofessional. i don’t suggest eating at this Taco Bell.
Tried their breakfast crunch wrap and it could have been good if it was hot...if u expect to succeed at serving breakfast I think serving it hot should be top priority.
Online it says close at 12am I got there at 10:57 with an online order and no one responded at the drive thru. I passed by the first window and there where 2 workers laughing true the window really BAD BAD SERVICE!! Now I have to contact them to cancel and reimburse my order
The young kids in there have no respect. Lazy. Dirty. Sloppy. Etc. This is THE worst taco bell in ct. This taco bell in milford belongs in bridgeport or New haven. That's how horrible they are. Presentation means everything and they all look careless and filthy. DO NOT EAT HERE
Orders were wrong, employees joking around to see who had to take our order. I get it they're kids but if you don't wanna do your job correctly someone else will. Spent $40 and it was a waste, didn't taste that good and mostly everything had beans which we didn't want. Just won't bother going back there not worth the trip.
Overpriced and they short my order of a missing item. They don't even have the $5 deal advertise on their ads or commercials. I'm not coming back to this location.

Our order wasn’t even started until we got to the pick up window and then they didn’t give us the chicken taco or any sauces like we asked for in the mobile order. Stay away from this location. Will have to file dispute with credit card for food they didn’t give us.
I gave them 1 start because you can't give them 0 stars. Food is wrong everytime and always late even if you order ahead. There may be one manager that still cares but the odds are not in his favor. Everything about this place sucks.

I like Taco Bell but this one always annoys us. Speaking for my husband who picked up the food the employees are horrible. They need training or something. So slow. Maybe they should actually put kiosks in there to you can order yourself. The guy taking the order was slow and after my husband told him what he wanted he asked him again!!!! Then my husband could hardly understand what he was saying. I asked if he had a mask on and he said no. The food wasn't hot. The tacos are so thin and not worth the money.
We ordered our food and after 30 minutes they still didn't even start making our food yet. Some other people sitting next to us said they waited over an hour and still hadn't gotten their food yet. I even saw several people waiting in the drive-thru just leave since they weren't getting their food
