My main complaint is the cleanliness of the store. The bathroom is nasty and the area with the napkins and forks is also unkept.

The portions are absolutely awful. Spending nearly $20 for a bowl that is half full. It almost seems on purpose since if you say something to them, they do nothing about it and actually deny the fact that the scoop was small.

My son gave this place a try 3 times 2/3 his burrito bowl was damn near empty. We did online order on the app. The third time he went into the store and he had to ask for them to add more the girl didn't even scoop up a full spoon full of rice and put it in the bowl. This is why I personally chose Moe's or pancheros

VERY STINGY WHEN IT COMES TO PORTION SIZES!!!! I’ve never been to a chipotle where they purposely give u small portions. Why pay the original price for a bowl/burrito, when the portions they give u is not even worth half the price? Never coming back.
The food is very poorly rationed, even if you buy extra chicken they give you the minimum.

The grand opening was terrible but now it's up to par. I had ordered a bowl with no problems and Riley did a great job handling it. It was down, but not out.

I ordered a burrito online and asked for it to be double wrapped with extra cheese. Neither of those were added, even though I was charged for the double wrap. The portions were disrespectfully small and for $15, they’ll rip you off no problem. I’ve been a Chipotle customer for 5 years and I know this won’t affect a billion dollar company, but after today, this will genuinely be the last time that I’ll ever set foot in a Chipotle. Go to jersey mikes instead

I don’t go to this specific location often, but the first visit was during their Grand Opening window last year and the first impression wasn’t great. The service was lackluster and the portions were very small. Flash forward to today when I ordered lunch through the app. The person that greeted me at the pickup window was pleasant and the portions were normal bordering on large. The sample size is small, but maybe brighter things are in the future.

This is my go-to Chipotle, and it consistently delivers quality food and fast service. The staff is exceptionally patient and always treats customers with respect. Just last night, a disruptive customer caused a scene over sour cream, yet the team remained calm, professional, and composed throughout the ordeal. Their ability to handle such disrespect with grace was truly commendable. Frankly, that customer should not be allowed back at any Chipotle.

Absolutely filthy. Bathroom was horrible. Windows dirty. Not a clean table in the place. It’s a shame. We were excited to have this in Monroe. Will NOT BE RETURNING. Will let our friends know not to bother.
