Absolutely filthy. Bathroom was horrible. Windows dirty. Not a clean table in the place. It’s a shame. We were excited to have this in Monroe. Will NOT BE RETURNING. Will let our friends know not to bother.
Also not a smile, nod or word from the employees.

I went for dinner at chipotle. When I started my order I asked for a cheese quesadilla. Instead of giving me a normal sized quesadilla, they gave me a kids one which was tiny. Then I asked for rice on the side and they only gave me one compartment of it. After that, I got my chips. The bag only had 10 chips in it and was 1/6 full. Finally I got home and opened up my quesadilla and it was not cooked. I had to put it in my microwave to cook it. I would not recommend coming here.

Absolutely unreal experience, I completely understand being busy at dinner time but we ordered pickup for 6:30, were told on the app it was “ready for pickup”, arrived to pick up our food only to find it was not in fact ready and would not be until 50 minutes later. 10 people minimum also waiting for pickup orders, tried to cancel on the app only to be told it was “ready on time” because it was pushed through by staff. Two different people ahead of us asked for a manager and both were told there was no manager. DO NOT ORDER PICKUP HERE unless you want it 3-5 business days later.

I thought the other location in Shelton was bad but this one is worse! I ordered a burrito bowl & large chips and guacamole for pick up. Get there and they said there computers went down. Okay, i understand things happen. I waited for 20 mins and not 1 person came up to me and said anything until I said something. Terrible customer service. The best part was that after I said something, they finally came with my order and said sorry, but oh by the way, we don’t have anymore chips but the guacamole is in there. The absolute worse.
