The soft serve is getting smaller every visit, We go about once a week. The cones are still large but the ice cream serving is small. When asked about size, they weighed it on a scale THEY marked for weight. For nearly $10 for 2 cones, this is a rip off.

South of town locale on state route 111(monroe turnpike) the main North/South route through the center of town. Love their soft ice-cream treats. Outside seating available,in the middle of summer the line can stretch out the door,this is a neighborhood favorite summer hangout.

Absolutely the best dDairy Queen that I've ever been to. For over 20 years we have never gotten a disappointing dessert.I recommend the malts, shakes and blizzards. Young staff, very consistent in preparing orders.

Messed up a birthday cake order, said they never got the order despite us having a confirmation email for their store. New cake wasn’t ready until 6 hours later, no manager on duty, only offered 5% off after all that mess.

If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE! They do not care for their customers AT ALL. I ordered a blizzard cake on 7-AUG, received the confirmation email, tried to pick it up on 12-AUG and they had NO RECORD OF MY CAKE. The lady in the store was very sympathetic and apologized over and over. She even offered to make the cake for me to pick up in a few hours so we did that. I came back around 7:30pm to pick up the cake. It was made, not correctly, but made. I then asked for a discount because it was not made when it should have been and it also was not made correctly. The people there (which were also SUPER young) had to call their manager and ask. THE MANAGER GAVE ME 5% OFF. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?????? That's a slap in the face. I will never go back here, and I will ensure anyone that asks me about it, they are fully aware of how we were ripped off. You should close your location if you cannot manage your store correctly with customers as your number one priority. Additionally, it was SUPER dirty in there. 100% never going back.

Don't waste your time taking the drive out there, the ice cream is fine... IF you can find them open. This is my second issue - went there at lunch (1pm) on a friday in June. The store should have opened at 10:30am, but nobody was there there. No sign, nothing. This is my second time in 6 months dealing with them, last time was the day I was supposed to pick up my daughters birthday cake (we ordered it in advance and had spoken to them the day before about us coming to get it). But I went to go there, we had about 1/2 inch of snow on the ground and they were closed - no call to us, couldn't find anyone when we called, nothing. Took 2 more days to finally get in touch with the person and get the cake.
