Love Duchess! The variety is huge. The food is cooked to order. Everything is very good for a fast food restaurant complete with a drive thru. There was one in Danbury but it sold to New buyers & they turned it into a Burger King. Very limited variety in BK, Mickey D's, or other similar fast food places. At least at Dutchess, if you are hungry for a hot dog, they have a good variety of hot dogs there plus lots of other goodies to chose from. I miss the one in Danbury.

Incredibly inconsistent. Sometimes the food is fine, sometimes it's smashed and poorly made. Service is similarly uneven, sometimes fast and accurate. Orders are often incorrect in some regard, usually they forget to give you your shake. Feels like prices are flying up despite food not getting better.
