A good Dunkin location, lost some of its charm with the redesign, but its is a nice place too. Solid drinks.

I've been to this place tons of times out of pure convenience and have finally decided to never go again. I order via the app so that there is no way to get confused. On many occasions they'd just get everything wrong. I've even ordered hot chocolate and they gave me coffee instead.
The last straw was when I ordered something via the app and got there and they didn't have it (the espresso machine was broken....again). No big deal I thought I'll just ask for my money back and be on with my day. Since I paid via the app I figured they could just give me the cash and that's that. The manager wasn't there so they had to call. The manager would not let them open the drawer because they were gone. First they wanted me to wait on the drive through while they tried to fix the machine. After about 10 min or that they then asked if I wanted to come back the next day to get my refund. THE NEXT DAY?! I had to argue for 15 min in the drive through just to finally get my money back!! To top it all off when I got home I found out they got other drink wrong.
Like I said, I am never going there again. I'll take the extra 10 min and drive up the road to the other one.

Hashbrowns were not cooked. I ordered a coffee and Hashbrowns. This Dunkin consistently disappoints me. First time I came back in over a month and my order was undercooked Hashbrowns, which probably sat around until it was given to me.

I would like this location to be better than it is. I have held out on my review for a while now, but today was the last straw. Whoever is the manager/owner of this location needs to retrain their team. I ordered a small coffee and a ham and cheese croissant. Just got to my office and all though the bag is labeled ham and cheese crossiant what is in there is In fact not a ham and cheese crossiant but some kind of wrap. This is the 3rd time I placed an order at the drive thru in the last few months hoping for better service. The person always is frazzled, confused, don’t know what you ordered by the time you get to the window etc. as these things continue to happen with different employees, I can only think the manager/owner is not giving them the proper tools to succeed. Needless to say, I will not be returning and there is a reason why people prefer the competitor down the road. At least you get consistency and kindness.
Usually this location is ok, depending on who is working the window. Lately there have been some new people who have clearly not been trained well. This morning I ordered a large coffee and a muffin. When I got to the window, the woman working the window looked very frazzled and asked me to repeat what I ordered. I told her what I ordered. She handed me the coffee. Then she had to look at several bags, handed me one. My mistake was not looking at the bag. I was halfway to work when I reached in for the muffin and found a sausage and egg on a croissant. Not what I ordered and I had repeated my order to her right before! Clearly this worker needs a lot more training before being put on a window at a busy time in the morning!
