I Hope the owner sees this message as it is a privately owned establishment. I was there this morning at 6/6/25 - I was outside in the car waiting for someone to take my order. No one came and cars were backing up in back of me so I went in to order. Originally I was going to order an avocado toast but seeing the line and the frantic girls in the back I made my order a large coffee and a donut. There were three girls back there. Ashley - who is lovely and two other girls....
I work nearby and this Dunkin’ has some top notch employees. There is this one sweet young lady named Ariana. I forgot to tell her to omit green tea from my refresher drink, and she kindly made me another refresher, and told me to keep the first one for someone else. She has served me many times and she always has the same resolve and positive energy.
I order from here quite often as it is very near to where I live. Unfortunately, the last few times I've ordered through the app, I have had to repeat what my actual order was at the window. I used to just be able to drive up, get my order, and go. I'm hoping this is just a temporary issue.
