Very disappointed. I usually go to this Dunkin everyday, today I ordered a large ice tea and then a small ice tea after to put it inside my large ice tea cup, then I noticed when I was pouring the small tea cup into the large one, there was these small black particles looking like mold. It seems like they don’t clean the machines, only the counters. Be careful when you get any drinks from there, this can get someone sick or in the hospital. I won’t be going there anymore, that’s just nasty. The food is not great either.

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese…
when I opened the bag and unraveled my food the cream cheese was all over the bagel so bad I couldn’t even pick it up. I looked inside the original bag for napkins, and obviously there were none Absolutely pissed me off so bad I had to throw it out
I spend a lot of money at this Dunkin. I probably pay their light bill sadly As it is convenient to run and grab breakfast and a coffee, its not convenient enough To be late sitting for 10-15 minutes sometimes 20 to waste my hard earned money for crap to always happen

I put in a mobile order and 10 mins later got there. Went to the drive thru and waited at the window for 3 minutes before the female with red hair finally came. She asked what I had I said a mobile order. She got the sticker out of the machine and repeated it back to me. I said yes did you guys not even start it yet? (It had been almost 15mins since I ordered it). She said no we have been busy and I said I ordered it 15 mins ago and she said “we’ve been busy don’t give me attitude”. No one else was there. Inside or in line. I cannot believe that this teenage girl had the nerve to tell a 45 year old “not to give her attitude” bc I asked if my coffee I ordered 15 mins before was started yet. Last time I go there

By far the SLOWEST Dunkin’ Donuts in the area! Do yourself a favor and drive to the Seymour location. You’ll drive further but save time since this location always takes forever!

I stopped by this Dunkin on Roosevelt Avenue in Monroe, the food was standard but the service was absolutely terrible. I am sorry to say management needs an overhaul.

I did drive thru. I don't know if they were having issues with the ticket machine or someone needed more training. I could see the kids hustling to try and straighten things out. Coffee was fine. My bagel sandwich was burned on the top.

This place is horrible, they take more than 30 mins to make coffee or to just take out a simple donut, the staff is terrible, rude and unprofessional, if they don’t want to work in customer service they should look for another job that doesn’t require interaction with customers, do they think people just stop there for fun? They paying and expecting a service. And for the manager you should be more responsible and careful when choosing worker.
30 minute wait time and most of my order came out wrong. I feel bad for the 2 guys that work there because the women that works there gives an attitude, yells, threatens customers, etc. She should be fired for her attitude and poor customer service. Unbelievable.

We just stopped in to this location on our way home and we can’t say one bad thing about the place. My husband had a little mishap in the parking lot- dropping his coffee all over the car he JUST purchased and the employees went above and beyond to help us out. They were so kind and welcoming- way better than any Dunkin by us. We were there at 9 am on 1/13/25.
