I stopped by this Dunkin on Roosevelt Avenue in Monroe, the food was standard but the service was absolutely terrible. I am sorry to say management needs an overhaul.

I did drive thru. I don't know if they were having issues with the ticket machine or someone needed more training. I could see the kids hustling to try and straighten things out. Coffee was fine. My bagel sandwich was burned on the top.

Food here is fine when you get the right person. The guy with tattoos is great. But the other women here have a terrible attitude and don't seem to know what they are doing at all

This place is horrible, they take more than 30 mins to make coffee or to just take out a simple donut, the staff is terrible, rude and unprofessional, if they don’t want to work in customer service they should look for another job that doesn’t require interaction with customers, do they think people just stop there for fun? They paying and expecting a service. And for the manager you should be more responsible and careful when choosing worker.

30 minute wait time and most of my order came out wrong. I feel bad for the 2 guys that work there because the women that works there gives an attitude, yells, threatens customers, etc. She should be fired for her attitude and poor customer service. Unbelievable.

We just stopped in to this location on our way home and we can’t say one bad thing about the place. My husband had a little mishap in the parking lot- dropping his coffee all over the car he JUST purchased and the employees went above and beyond to help us out. They were so kind and welcoming- way better than any Dunkin by us. We were there at 9 am on 1/13/25.

Pleasant people working, but the orders took a long time. Eight minutes for my order of four things. Then, I had gotten to my vehicle and opened my order. They missed one of my four. Not the dream team. . .
What is with this location? I been living exactly 1-mile from this location for over 10 years. So to say it is the most convenient location to go to is an understatement. However, aside from a rare few (which I can count on one hand) you have complete morons that work there. 98% of the time the lines are so long and the waits are so long I have been there as long as 20-minutes. You hire people that either do not care or really are that stupid. Again there are those few that do not fit that category but I doubt they are still working there.
Even after the renovation I find it hard to believe it is the speaker that contributes to your people not being able to grasp the concept of a large from a small coffee. I said large coffee three times and each time she goes small coffee. How does small sound like large and vice-versa?
Not only are your waits ridiculously long but also your people there clearly do not give a damn. Case and point: one time i was there as long as 20 minutes (again) and when I finally got to the window 2 people were laughing and all into a conversation while my coffee is right by the window. Are you FN kidding me?
It takes a lot of control for me to control my anger. Your location really tests that control. Today 10/19/2024 is my last visit there. I waited in line for 20 minutes and still did not make it to the window and this person taking the orders all she wants to hear is small even though you say large...slowly.
Got to the point I said to hell with it and left the line and headed to the location on 34 in Seymour. I was not even in that line more than 5 minutes on my way home with a LARGE coffee and glazed donut. That location and the one on 111 is my go to places from now on.
That is how bad this location has been before and after the renovation that someone that lives exactly 1 mile away will drive further because of all the previous mentioned.

I order at this location on Monday 9/2/24. I place my mobile order at 3:27 and once i got to the drive thru i was told by an employee they were closed! I got there at 3:30. Google stated that the location would close at 4! I never received my order or a refund (iv contacted Dunkin) I went to this location again on Wednesday, i ordered an iced latte, Ice tea and half dozen donuts! I received a very watered down latte that was still warm at the bottom of the cup, i also received black coffee in an ice tea cup and only 5 donuts! Iv contacted Dunkin twice about this and haven’t received any refunds. The is the worst Dunkin in Monroe CT! Absolutely absurd! Don’t go to this location ! Needs new staff and better management!
