I've been here a handful of times since they opened the Monroe location and while the staff is extremely friendly and the food is good, I rarely ever see the workers change their gloves. I worked in food service when I was just out of high school and we were required to change our gloves for each new customer, and any time we touched anything else during the process of making that customers order we had to throw out the gloves we had on and get a new pair. Jersey Mike's workers don't and that has made me decide to stop going there.

I go here almost every weekend before my shift for a savory meal. This location is a blended diverse staff . Very friendly , efficient, clean and welcoming.
Parking: Parking is a bit jammed due to way back opening recently.

Second time here and same problem as the first time. The kids are too busy talking to each other that they don’t pay attention to what they are doing. Date of service 4/7 5:25pm the meat cutter was sloppily throwing the meat on the sandwich because he was too busy talking to the guy in the back. Same problem last time the girl cutting the meat was too busy talking. The girl that put the veggies and stuff on the sandwich paid attention and did her job and fixed the meat on my sandwich from falling over. They’re very young and always talking. Food is amazing, store is spotless.

As good as the food is, one of the workers there has a lot of room for improvement. I was in a rush and asked for 3 sandwiches, and the one worker continued asking me simple questions about toppings and so on, and ultimately forgot to put one of my sandwiches in the bag. My fault for not checking, I was in a rush. But even so, you actually gotta give the customers their food ya know.

The absolute slowest service of any restaurant I’ve ever seen. Do not go here if you are on any sort of hurry. Maybe this location should stop taking Uber eats, door dash and app orders since they don’t seem to be able to handle that capacity of tickets coming in.
