As good as the food is, one of the workers there has a lot of room for improvement. I was in a rush and asked for 3 sandwiches, and the one worker continued asking me simple questions about toppings and so on, and ultimately forgot to put one of my sandwiches in the bag. My fault for not checking, I was in a rush. But even so, you actually gotta give the customers their food ya know.

The absolute slowest service of any restaurant I’ve ever seen. Do not go here if you are on any sort of hurry. Maybe this location should stop taking Uber eats, door dash and app orders since they don’t seem to be able to handle that capacity of tickets coming in.

My son and I visited for the first time and had a basic Italian regular Mike's way. I thought it was delicious but not knowing how much oil and vinegar they put on it my son felt his sandwich was too wet otherwise he did like it. Hopefully, next time we can ask to go lite on the sauce.

Lettuce was brown- person doing the sandwiches kept looking at his phone while preparing the food. His coworker slicing the meat notice it and told him to change his gloves which I appreciated. Only jersey mikes I’ve ever been in that was disgusting. Will never come back to this one. To grossed out by it ?

I know they are new. If you want hot sandwiches make sure you door dash. I waited 30 minutes in person while they made all their door dash orders first. I was the only one in line when I went in. 3 big door dash orders later and they couldn't even mix one medium sandwich in between the online orders? In-person service is lacking at the moment. Hopefully they will fix this.

this is one of the best locations i have been to, i was a little nervous as it just recently opened, but was very happily surprised with how well run this location is, very clean, very organized, staff was super friendly. im so happy that there is a jersey mikes closer to where i live now and its been made even better with how good of an experience i had. will definitely be back here many many more times!

Very disappointed, staff is everywhere tripping over each other, not helpful at all. Sat waiting for two ordered sandwiches for 15 minutes, finally had to ask, they were sitting on counter waiting for someone to call my name, great. But their system did not forget to ask if I wanted to tip. ? I waited weeks to try it so it wasn’t new anymore, oh well, I won’t be back. Very expensive too!
