McDs corporate makes every spot goof proof yet this place in Monroe gets orders wrong more than half the time - using the "app" doesn't help. If you go there, CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE, because they don't.

This establishment cannot get an order Correct. The last three times there, over the course of two months, the order has been wrong. Get it together people. When I try to call to save time from driving back, no one picks up the phone. Please do quality control checks. Save us all time: Today they couldn’t even get the receipt to print because that machine is broken, so now I just threw away money because I can’t prove what I ordered when I go back. Why do I bother with this place?

If you enjoy consistency getting about 75% of your order this is your spot. Literally every time they forget a major component of a meal and it's become so prevalent. I even checked the bag but missed it I was in a rush. Thanks mcdonalds for being consistently disappointing

I tried using my point on the kiosk, but for some reason it wasn't working. Instead the nice young lady w/ the braces helped me out. Some how the point thing didn't translate. Either way, got a happy meal for the kiddo & some bacon burger for myself. Kiddo was happy. I didn't know only the deluxe has lettuce & tomato. Things I learned, I suppose. Either way it was good for a quick meal with the kiddo.

Most of the employees are nice here, besides Latoya. She is a very rude woman. We were waiting outside for our orders to finish (we pulled around because they were still cooking our food, which was okay). When Latoya comes out to bring us our food, she reiterated an ordered that I thought was mine mistakenly, so I took it. I then respectfully let her know, “hey, this isn’t mine.” And she started to blab and say “well you said this was yours.” It was an honest mistake, I might add, and I pointed that out to her, but she wasn’t having it. She scoffed as we handed her the order back and she gave us ours. Maybe we caught her on an off day, but either way, this behavior is just rude and unnecessary. If you want people to keep coming back, maybe bring some kinder cashiers/food handlers to the front. It’s unsettling to have such a negative experience when you just want to enjoy your food.
