Stood at the front for 7min , no one said hold on , it wasn't until a worker had to walk by me to bring someone their food , she was like one moment, another 3 min , then finally get to order , asked for the Grinch Meal , as they promoted all over and was told we don't have any , smh ....Waste , bad service No food ...smh , the worker just shrugged her shoulders

Every time I go to the drive through I have to park and wait 5-10 minutes for them to bring the food out. Several times the flat out forgot. The food is ok but the prices are going up and up. Not eating McDonald’s anymore. Probably better off
McDonald’s has just become a well oiled machine. They know how to deliver a good service and consistent food quickly.

Horrible service waited 20 min for my.order. they were confused on what car was what. If I wanted a curbside order I wouldve gotten one. I came through the drive thru for a reason. Everything was made wrong but no time to wait for more mistakes

Absolute dumpster fire of a mcdonalds. Service sucks unless you’re in the drive thru, but even then if you’re asked to park you’ll be waiting 15-20 mins regardless of what you order. The lobby? They should close it. The staff ignores people who walk in. In the last 3 months I know multiple people who’ve gotten served undercooked chicken and have ended up sick. It’s funny because they know how to work whenever corporate is in the building, but any other time of the month I will continue to avoid this place like the plague especially after my regular ice coffee today was more cream than coffee and because I ordered it through the app I’m the one whose screwed out of money for inedible garbage.
