This store was an incredible let down. My husband and I stopped in for breakfast and one of the things we ordered was orange juice. Now instead of making it unavailable to order because of having no c02 it remained as an available and active item. We were able to get our money back off of it but that was just the start. We then stood and waited almost 15 minutes for our order. A man that was in the drive through ended up bringing my chicken biscuit sandwich in because he got the wrong item. It was just mistake after mistake and it was definitely my last time stopping. I can get better service doing it myself.

I am a drive-through customer whose order is a medium or large fries and a Coke. I always request fresh, hot fries. They are the best!
The food is prepared well. After you order at the front desk or on the screens in the middle of the restaurant, you grab a marker and the food is delivered to you. The floors are clean as well.

Food is always good & Hot But They always missing something in my Mobile order. If is not the wrong apple pie is missing my Nuggets but put in the BBQ Sauce or Wrong Fries Size. I gotta start looking at my bag from now on before leaving

McDs corporate makes every spot goof proof yet this place in Monroe gets orders wrong more than half the time - using the "app" doesn't help. If you go there, CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE, because they don't.
