Saturday afternoon lunch with my son. Fairly empty so my expectations were not too high. The waitress brought us the lunch's Dan brunch menus. I asked for the regular one and she brought that as well. I ordered the cheesesteak panini from r lunch menu and my son had a the fried chicken breast with fries from the regular menu. Mine was okay, his was great. The fries were very good as well. We aren't often in the area and I wouldn't go out of my way to stop in again. The service was very slow. It took quite a while for the meals to come out. The restaurant did start getting busier though and food seemed to start coming out faster at that point.

This was my 1st time eating in. The service was wonderful. Melody was beyond pleasant, attentive & accommodating. I ordered chicken & waffles which was great. We ordered the homemade gelato - strawberry & vanilla - but it tasted like ice cream vs gelato (not creamy & smooth) but still was fine. I will say though, even for brunch, it's so loud. The acoustics aren't the best in this space. I prefer to not have to raise my voice or lean across the table to interact w/my party. Also, they only had milk or cream for their cappuccino. It would be great to have @ least 1 alternative milk option (I love oat but anything-soy, almond,...). I would definitely return though as overall it was a pleasant experience.

Horrible service. We waited almost an hour and a half for our food. And then when it arrived it was cold and the wrong order. Then when we try to speak to the manager she asks how we would have liked it to have come out..... Sounds like a question they should have answered themselves. Then we get a bill for the food and we still didn't even have half the food we ordered. Definitely do not recommend. Try somewhere else and avoid this place!

Excellent food, very friendly staff. They know what they are doing and do it well You won't be disappointed with there excellent "Beer Selection" either . If you are not sure what to have ask the server. They are patient and can help you to chose something wonderful!

Needed a quick bite so stopped in. This place never disappoints. A delicious ravioli with short ribs and wild mushrooms in a classic creamy sauce is to die for. My wife and the grilled salmon cooked to perfection. Service was excellent.

I've never actually eaten here, but the place is always packed, so the food must be great! Waiters and waitresses appear attentive and friendly! Sometimes they have live music, too. Definitely worth a visit for the atmosphere alone! They also offer delivery through DoorDash, which is great for me. {]:

Usually I dine in but what brought me to leave a review was my recent catering order! Ordered several trays of food and they were ready on time and nice and hot so I could take them right to my event. Everything was a hit, especially the crispy brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes. Perfect for my holiday work party!

Really great food. I consider this an underrated gem. With too many high-priced food restaurants in the area where they charge NYC prices w/mediocre food and indifferent service, Monroe Social's food is worth the tab. Had the pork chop w/bacon bourbon glaze which was fantastic. I worried about it being swamped in sugar and bacon, but it was just the right light enough touch that kept your palette intrigued. We loved the acoustic music on Friday night and a true happy hour! Yes to more live music and happy hour. Service has some gaps. Long wait from ordering drinks to have them delivered to our table. Wait for food after order seemed a bit long too. Waitresses need to be more in tune with timing and checking in on tables.
