Placed a mobile order and it said it would be ready in 10 minutes. Got there and the drinks weren’t even started. 1 drink came out 3 minutes past my pick up time. And then the other 2 minutes after the first one. They need to get their act together.

Used to come here for years and after a more convenient location opened up I started going there but will be returning to my go-to Starbucks location when I have the time. The problem is there is bumper to bumper traffic sometimes getting there and then I have to loop around home or towards work so it’s not as convenient but definitely more reliable. The lobby is smaller than most stores around but there’s room to sit and work most of the time. I just wish the location was more convenient for me but I’ll just have to get my wife to pick up my drink here and there when I don’t have time.

Stopped by this Starbucks on Route 25 in Monroe for a snack on the way back from Woodbury, CT. Exceeded our expectations! Had full stock of beverages and snacks. Tommy helped us with our transaction and was very friendly and helpful. The interior of this location is very nice. Can't wait to return!

the lady at the counter was chatting with someone for a while while me and my friend were waiting for our order, the lavender matcha was very bitter and tasted bad, i also had found half way into my drink that there was a dead bug in my drink, not cool

Stopped by this afternoon around 5:30pm on Sunday March 9th 2025 to get my daughter a sandwich, brownie and a strawberry dragon fruit refresher or whatever it’s called . The young lady who was behind the counter taking orders got us the sandwich and brownie (heated mind you) in a timely fashion, no issue there. Then we proceeded to wait for drink at end of counter already with sandwich and brownie given to us by same young lady . Two people who were behind us ordered like we did and had there drinks before us. I politely asked where our drink was as we were waiting. The guy (reason for me not returning) wearing the headset and glasses walked over to printer, ripped a tag out of the printer, splashed some Dagon fruit mix it a cup and slammed the ice into the cup. Very unpleasant experience to say the least. Never retuning here again.

If I could give a lower rating I would. I forgot to change the location when I ordered Uber eats. I always change the location to any Starbucks other than Monroe because they give you a $9 water with a teaspoon of coffee. Disgusting. It wasn’t a one off. Their coffee is consistently bad.

Overly long drive thru wait for a warmed croissant (lukewarm by the time I received it). A quick glance inside showed a not very busy store. Then they had the gall to ask me to tip? Not for cold food, sorry.
