Since when do you make up your own hours when the posted hours say 10pm?! Very bad business

Walked in, the guy looked up at me then kept working on whatever sandwiches he was making. Must've been an online order because nobody else was at the counter. He didn't acknowledge my presence at all, seemed to be actively avoiding me. A simple "hello, I'll be with you in a minute" wouldve been nice. Has customer service gone down the drain lately or am I just being a "Karen"? Anyway, I left.

How is it that online it states that this location is open until 10pm, you drive up and the “OPEN” sign is lit up but you go inside (at 6:59), they tell you that they are closed! This isn’t the first time, they are closed before 8pm…

Just came in to get a sandwich on my way to work and I’m sorry to say about the subway. The lettuce was brown. The toppings did not look right at all will not be returning. For $14 for a sandwich, you should be able to get your toppings fresh and they were horrible

Subway send me their coupons every month. But worker at the register explained me "because of very slow they not accepting any", so basically it is mislead of advertisement and business franshise ownership. Lawsuit will be filed, "because of very slow" be prepared for compensaiting every client discounted amount and loosing your franshise ownership

Employee on her break gabbing in the lobby is no good. She was the only employee we had contact with for the first 3 minutes and she did not say a word to us about where the on-duty worker was.

twice now, both Google and the app says they are open. After I go through the hassle of putting in a full order, it just gets cancelled. No explanation. They just close their doors whenever.

Went there 6 days ago and got food poisoning. I've never had an issue with this location ever before. I hope it was an isolated incident.

Great customer service Tina is awesome and very fast, the girls are great sandwiches are always fresh, bread is very soft. I would recommend this subway. There are very few I eat from. ??
