Amazing food and service.

I came here after a show at the Wolf Den. The service was good, kind, friendly. The bartender suggested the onion rings - OMG, so good! Tasty, flavorful, crispy. I ordered the bacon crunch burger medium well - it was cooked perfectly. It was juicy and tasty. FYI about cook temps - he said they typically undercook. I'd definitely come here again.

The food was incredible, probably the best Lamb I've ever had. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed, very enjoyable.

Was really disappointed with this place!!! I was really looking forward for the food here until our food came our. The food was so salty that is was really difficult to enjoy and eat our food. My husband ordered their steak well done and it was so well beyond done that he couldn't even cut thru the steak. Our over all experience was very, very, very disappointing and it was way too expensive which was way more disappointing. I don't recommend at all!

We ordered the NY Strip and the Salmon with wild mushrooms. The quality of the cut of steak and fish was excellent. Nothing was bad but everything was over priced. $36 for the fish and $48 for the steak. $13 for knob creek. Service was fast and friendly but I'm not in a hurry to return.

Way overpriced and closing that evening.... could not help wondering if they were serving food just to end their time at Mohegan Sun. It is a beautiful venue, but I felt sorry for the waitstaff who tried to be upbeat when you could search their hearts and know they would have not job security in where they were going next. It will be 12 months before the new restaurant, whatever the is, takes its place.

Went here for dinner after going to an event at Mohegan Sun. I ordered the pumpkin soup to start and the fried chicken for my main. Service was great but food was terrible. Uneatable. And it wasn't cheap. Fried chicken was 35$. My whole fam felt similarly. Fries were good though...

Let me start by saying that I am a huge Bobby Flay fan. I watch all of his shows. This was the 4th or 5th time that I have eaten are Bar American and I have never had a good meal. This time I had the cedar plank salmon. The portion was extremely small and it was overcooked.

The service was very slow. I think they were understaffed. The manager did not come by and apologize which should be expected at this price point. Food is good but we had to rush through the meal.

My husband & I had made reservations for a NYE dinner. We ordered the New Year's Surf & Turf special. The filet mignon & lobster was delicious. Our server Migwer (sp?) was very attentive & gave us exceptional service. Highly recommend this eating establishment. We'll definitely come back.

Wonderful food as always here! The only thing I would say on the food is that the side of mushroom and onions is doused in balsamic, it was too sour to eat. Nothing on the menu said there was balsamic with it so that was a bit of a surprise. Also, through booking via the app, we were only able to get a table at 4:45 which is very early. Even when I called to confirm the day before I was told that's the only time they had, yet we were there until 7 pm and the place was very empty with many open tables throughout the night.

The experience dining at A Bobby Flay restaurant is always awesome! Was not disappointed and was wowed once again with the quality, presentation of the food as well as the customer service!

I had higher expectations for the cuisine, especially at the price point. To begin, the menu itself was limited- although they did offer a special for two which included 3 sides for $125. We ordered drinks, which were pricey, and the old fashioned was watery and just ok. The chopped salad and crab cakes we had were decent but that's where it ended. The steak itself would have been ok except- I ordered medium well and had to send it back because it was under cooked, and then it came back well done. The flavor was good, although the meat was now dry and I did not like the steak sauce which was tangy- this was the only sauce they had. I ordered the creamed kale which I couldn't eat because that was also tangy. They did remove this from the bill because I did not enjoy it. The smashed potatoes were ok, we ordered without the goat cheese. The creme brûlée dessert was a disaster... the custard was way too sweet and the sugar crust on top was too thin and tasted like carmelized Splenda. In my opinion it was not good and should be removed from the menu until it can be made properly. Overall we spent close to $400 with tip for 4 people and feel like it wasn't worth what we spent.

We were seated between 2 other tables very close together. We felt like we were sitting on the other people's laps and could hear their entire conversations. The table was deep, so we could not carry on a conversation without raising our voices slightly. The caesar salad was not good. It as almost all kale, very little dressing and no cheese. It was not a pleasant experience. We had been there several times before and always had a much more pleasant experience.

Christmas Eve, where but Bar American? We are always allowed to seat where we want when we go there. The staff is top notch. The food? That is why we go and spend our money. Cooked the way we want and there is no hurrying us to leave. However, I did expect Bobby to serve us at those prices. Oh well, maybe next time. ??????
