Ice cream was delicious! But what really stood out was the service. My son has a nut allergy. We let Gabby know when we ordered. She got a new box of ice cream, a new scooper from the back and opened a new package of spoons. She was very helpful and made sure my son enjoyed his ice cream safely. Highly recommend!
The Ben & Jerry’s Mohegan Sun location was an incredible experience! The employees were extremely kind and the icecream is amazing! I would recommend everyone should go to this location.

Based on the reviews, Ben & Jerry’s offers the weirdest flavors of any ice cream parlor, and just about everything they fancy up is simply marvelous. The ice cream is delicious and so freaking delicious. A specific meal mentioned is the Salted Caramel Blondie. The service is great, amazing, and very fast paced. Staff are kind, cheerful, and super nice. One employee was incredibly talented, kind, and patient, making customers feel welcome and taken care of. The place is clean and bright and smells amazing. It is also kid-friendly and very kind to customers and not rude to the children. Staff are careful with food allergies, using a separate container for vanilla. The location is wheelchair accessible with a flat, wide turn and pass area.
