She got a new box of ice cream, a new scooper from the back and opened a new package of spoons. She was very helpful and made sure my son enjoyed his ice cream safely. Highly recommend!“

“This might be some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had in my life. My favorite flavor is dark chocolate raspberry truffle; while that’s a challenge to find just about anywhere, the few places where I have tried a chocolate raspberry flavor has been so mid, but Cowlick’s does it PERFECTLY. I’ve had a few of their other flavors and they’re all excellent. The only downside is they’re quite a bit of a drive from me so I stop in whenever I’m near the shore.10/10“

“I had my first Diary Queen ice cream at the Niantic branch, the heath cup-achino - it had caramel, a chocolate fudge and whippy ice cream. (I can’t remember the exact name. I will definitely have it again and take a photo next time!) It was a sundae. Huge portions. I shared mine with my other half. There was a long queue as everyone was there after the Memorial Parade. I didn’t mind waiting. There’s lots of car parking space outside. It was a take away. The only thing I was sad about was there was no coffee ice cream on the menu. I get that this place is for children, the menu was huge. You don’t want children bouncing off the walls, but adults love ice cream too.“

“I live nearby so I'm in there often. The staff has always been helpful, they carry a wide array of different gemstones, beads, and fossils, and prices aren't bad. i bought a beautiful stone I was expecting to be close to a hundred dollars for less than $20. i highly recommend. Side note: The mini golf course is VERY challenging. I was an "age restriction" complainer until I played it. It's very beautiful though.“

“This was one of the best hidden gems my husband and I found!! We were coming back from a day out of volunteering in Old Mystic and we were craving ice cream. Found this little gem and the ice cream I got (lemon meringue) was SO good I asked if I could buy a pint! It was so creamy and flavorful, I was sad we live over 40 min out otherwise I’d be here almost every day! Good excuse to go golfing and then stop by for a treat, so we have a great excuse to come back! Great flavors and reasonable price.“

They also had something I’ve never seen fluffernutter ice cream which was amazingly delicious. The place was adorable with the soda counter brought back lots of good memories. “Great little chain ice cream shop that makes custom ice cream concoctions while you watch. Great choices. I really like the mud pie mojo. I usually get a "love it" size in a waffle bowl. To be fair, my atmosphere stars are based on my being spoiled and living very close to the shore and enjoying lots of great views. This place isn't in the ghetto or anything. It's just in a big strip Mall complex. I go here fairly regularly and we always enjoy it.“
