What a great place!!! I had sautéed portobello mushroom spinach and cheese sandwich which was delicious. They also had something I’ve never seen fluffernutter ice cream which was amazingly delicious. The place was adorable with the soda counter brought back lots of good memories. I love the sign that said no WiFi talk to someone :)
Carson's is a special gem of Noank. It's very small, limited seating so plan ahead if you have more than 2-4 people. Our favorite was to go on a good weather day and eat outside.
So glad Carson’s is back open! It’s like stepping back in time! Amazing breakfast and lunch!
