Coffee is inconsistent here.. Even when you order the same thing each time. Please train your staff to make choices the same. This was bitter as hell because the person put the creamer in the cup before putting the coffee in it.... Yes, that makes it bitter because the shots coming out of the machine hit the cold cream and become bitter. This Starbucks inside the Mohegan Sun is always busy. They have partitions set up along the service counter where you order your drinks and food all the way to pick up. Staff wears masks and there are stickers on the floor to encourage social distancing. They are all super friendly and get your orders out quickly. glad they keep their regular brewed coffee fresh all day!
