Ordered over the phone because online ordering wasn't available here. Grabbed Dunkin across the hall and ate and drank coffee while waiting. The order took at least 30 minutes to be ready. My two side orders of pickles were missing. The old aged cashier seem moody because she had to get them.
The staff greeted us instantly. The person taking our order was very helpful, this was our first time here. Upon checking out, using points, the cashier explained the steps that were taken to ensure a positive experience. The sandwich was massive in size.
Since it's not possible to order on the JM app for the Uncasville location, I called the store to see if I could order by phone. Even though the store wasn't yet open for the day, the young woman who answered the phone took my order and was very cheerful and pleasant about it. When I got to the store, everything was ready.
