I do not recommend. We waited for an hour and a half, and we didn't even get our milkshake, didn't get a refund, our patty was half raw, and they kept taking in orders when they had 10 people complaining.

The worst experience ever. I’m not complaining about the employees because they were totally swamped and woefully understaffed. The online ordering system was promoted out front, but 30 minutes in we found out it wasn’t working. So we got a confirmation, but no food. A riot was about to break out and I really felt for the staff. 90 minutes in we got half our cold order and we are just now getting our refund for the food they were unable to make. Poor staff working ridiculously hard being berated by angry clients. Merry Christmas?
The manager of this establishment needs to reevaluate and make changes so this doesn’t happen again.
Also, the burgers didn’t taste good at all.

Emily was extremely attentive and answered all of our questions. The smile never left her face! We found out she's paying her own tuition with this job! Be kind and tip them what they deserve!
Vegetarian options: Tell them what you need or can't have and they can make you things that aren't even on the menu!
This was in Mohegan Sun casino, even though they were super busy, staff was friendly and service was excellent. While the burger was okay, the fries and shakes were awesome. A little pricey but expected in the casino.

Leonardo is Rude as hell!! I didn't know we had to sit and order when we already ordered !!! Rude and obnoxious!!! I would love to just beat his you know what! But Emily the waitress is very nice
