This is our go to restaurant at Mohegan Sun. Always great food and wonderful service. Special shout out to Odin the waiter. He is very attentive, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make our visit the best.
Our first night at Mohegan Sun we wanted seafood. We saw Summer Shack and thought it looked good. We were not disappointed. We started off with the raw bar and ordered oysters. They were local oysters and were so cold and fresh, we throughly enjoyed them. My husband got blackened swordfish and I got the spicy lobster linguine. Everything was delicious. After having had some not so good experiences in some expensive local restaurants I decided to write a review. Sorry I didn’t write this sooner! You folks need to be commended! I’ve ordered your Steamer Clams at LEAST a dozen and half times throughout the years! I am ALWAYS served fresh sweet clams (with the steamed celery garnish…yum!) , no sand, no grit, with your clear flavorful clam dipping broth that I actually drink because it’s soooo good!
