I’m really struggling with this one. My wife and I dined here on 11/29/25 while attending the Sarah Brightman Winter Symphony. The service and ambiance were truly unmatched. Our waiter was excellent, very attentive, personable, and genuinely eager to make our evening enjoyable. I left a generous tip because he absolutely deserved it.

Disappointing on how management spoke to my family. Absolutely disrespectful for your manager to speak the way that he did to my entire family. I would like a supervisor to message and call me ASAP.
