The food was good, but it felt like we were at Burger King or McDonald’s. Very odd layout with plastic seats that looked like they belonged in a kindergarten class. Very expensive $45 for 2 hamburgers and a fry. No servers, had to pick up your own food at a counter. We have been long time guests of this establishment for 10+ years and had a great time up until today 8/29/2026. Very disappointed, we won’t be back. Best goddamn burger I’ve ever had in my life. Worth it 100%
Incredibly great service by young man I ordered from and incredibly rude power playing nonsense at the pick up desk. Also Bobby's sauce somehow not the same and neither were the fries which used to be fantastic. The Palace Classic Chicken burger was very solid though.
