“Good food.. great service“

“I used to go here when they first opened, and the burgers were genuinely great. I recently went back to give it another try, and the quality has clearly declined. The food no longer stands out the way it once did, and it feels like the place has lost what made it special. It may be time for Bobby to take a closer look and bring things back to the original standard.“

“For a McDonalds it’s typical. I do like the atmosphere in this location. Don’t expect extra from the staff, but that’s part of the reason I go there so I can be left alone to eat. It’s rare that my food isn’t hot and the presentation is ok. This is a regular stop on my McDonalds list.“

“Best burger ever. We came in with 12 hungry 12 year olds, dragging in dirty snow and ice and were welcomed in with open arms. Service was warm and friendly and the restaurant was spotless, despite all the snow and ice outside. So glad I went with manager’s recommendation of the doable bbq bacon burger with ketchup and mustard. I’ll be recommending this smash burger“

“We have had two outstanding meals here this summer. The food, the service, and the ambiance is exceptional. It is our favorite place to eat in Niantic. And Mike, the Bartender, makes great cocktails! Though it is so busy he takes time to engage the customers! He makes the best whisky sour !!!“

“What a great place!!! I had sautéed portobello mushroom spinach and cheese sandwich which was delicious. They also had something I’ve never seen fluffernutter ice cream which was amazingly delicious. The place was adorable with the soda counter brought back lots of good memories. “Came here from out of town. The food was delicious and the service was great. Noticed all the employees cleaning and thought it was strange and i looked online and realized they had closed over ten minutes ago. The employees didn’t even say anything and let us finish and take our time. I feel bad because if I had known we of course would have left but kudos to them for their patience truly. Would definitely come here again! Not to mention the restrooms were clean and even smelt good.“

“I came in 7 minutes before they closed, told them I knew it was late and was fine if they just wanted to go home, as I could only imagine the frustration of someone last minute. They said it was okay and took my order, nothing big just two items and verified with them it was alright to be ordering extras like fries that late. Turns out they had two people call out and so it seemed to just be 3 of them holding down the fort. Anyways tipped them in cash and thanked them. As for the food?
Burger? BOMB.
Fries? BOMB.

Don’t come in late like I did though, they don’t deserve that, tip them they definitely deserve that.

She checked in with me often to make sure I was good and that I had what I needed as she multi tasked for her other customers on a busy Friday night. The food is always great but it’s Kenzies personality..awesome interpersonal skills that makes it even better .
