“Love Ballo but really disappointed with how much the menu keeps changing. They charge now for house bread and took off the garlic bread. Got rid of shrimp scampi. Now got rid of chicken francaise which was Amazing there and our go to. Also used to have an amazing cheese and meat platter appetizer and that was removed. Wish some of those would be put back on. With so much change there really isn’t anything appealing to me now. This was our spot for anniversaries, birthdays, and lots of date nights.“

“I ordered the Primavera pasta. It was delicious! They were also very accommodating for my friend who has a gluten and dairy free allergy. Her meal was also delicious. We ordered the artichokes app gluten-free and they were so good as well. Definitely would go here again next time we are at Mohegan Sun! “

“I’ve loved this place from the moment they opened. If I want a delicious burger, this is where I’ll always choose. Their fries are also delicious (regular and sweet potato) as well as their onion rings with all the paired sauces. I used to think their milkshakes were second to none. I couldn’t find a better place to get one, but since their overhaul I do not feel the same way, unfortunately. I used to always get a dark chocolate shake, but that same shake now tastes like there is Hershey’s chocolate syrup in it. Before it was decadent and delicious. I’ve had similar experiences with the other flavors. The flavors aren’t as intense as they were. I hope they change their shake recipes back, but other than that the food is still delicious. I will continue to be a customer!“

“My first time at Todd English’s Tuscany, and I went for brunch and honestly, I’m glad I finally made it. I’ve lived in Norwich my whole life and somehow had never been, but brunch definitely did not disappoint.

There was a great variety of food, with so many options that it was honestly hard to decide where to start. I loved being able to try a little bit of everything, from the savory brunch dishes to the pastries, desserts, and everything in between. The variety made it easy to keep going back for “just one more plate.”

The food was flavorful and well presented, and I really enjoyed the overall quality and selection. It’s the kind of brunch where you can take your time, try different things, and actually enjoy the experience rather than feeling rushed.

The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everyone was attentive and made the experience feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was beautiful and definitely added to the brunch experience.

For my first visit, Tuscany left a really good impression. I honestly don’t know how I’ve lived in Norwich this long without going, but I’m glad I finally did. Definitely a brunch spot I’d come back to, especially with so many more dishes I still want to try.“

“I’m genuinely surprised at the amount of negative reviews. I ordered the ribeye with eggs and everything was cooked the way I wanted and the steak was really tender. My significant other also ordered a couple different big breakfast items and everything came out great. I was very pleasantly surprised. I didn’t mind the prices since everything exceeded my expectations for presentation and quality.“
