Incredible family run spot. The food, especially, their seafood is to die for. Definitely get the mussel dish on their appetizer list. It's a must. Ate here 3 out of the 4 nights we stayed in the area. Will be back!

Food & service are always amazing. Bartenders always serve up great drinks. Servers go above & beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of. It’s truly a hidden gem in East Haddam. Highly recommend everyone in the area to give Corvo a visit and enjoy your time. You won’t regret your decision!

Food was good! Atmosphere was good. Wait staff was so rude! Did not let us know there were no refills! No big deal. When we mentioned they should tell customers there would be charge for refills; the owner told a couple at the bar, while eye-rolling, that we had mentioned this and sneered at us! We felt so put down! We have dined across America at all types of places, but have never been put down like this and been discussed with other diners!! This is unacceptable!

Food was good. Staff was incredibly rude. We discovered, upon receiving our bill, that we paid for soft drink refills. No big deal; except we were not informed of that policy when ordering. Not a really big deal. But, when we suggested they might be upfront about this, the staff basically - and unflatteringly -implied that we were unsophisticated consumers more accustomed to eating at McDonald's. They shared this - in our presence - with a couple sitting at the bar only a few feet away from us. Eye rolls were exchanged between staff and the couple - again, while sat there! Extremely low class behavior. We've eaten at better restaurants. We've paid more for meals at better restaurants. NO BIG DEAL. Rude and insulting behavior in the hospitality industry IS A VERY BIG DEAL!

What a hidden Gem! Nestled not quite to deep in the woods of East Haddam, within the borough of Moodus. The food is very excellent, the service is exceptional, a great large expansive back outdoor deck. I don't ever give 5 stars ✨ because I save this ranking for the outstanding establishments.

The service was a little slow on drinks but the food was excellent and the overall experience was lovely. The restaurant is off the beaten path, so you wouldn't find it if you weren't looking for it. If you are headed home from Goodspeed, it would be a great place to stop and have a drink or a meal. I had th Chicken & Shrimp Corvo.

Corvo is by far the best sit down dinner in East Haddam. The food quality is great. The service is spectacular. You can tell that the staff here takes pride in what they do and that they want you to have a good experience. It’s family owned and operated. We love stopping by for dinner. And we had a great experience here for our rehearsal dinner last year. I’d definitely go here if you’re looking for a nice dinner out in town.

Well worth seeking out this little gem! We were visiting from Cincinnati, and were looking for a restaurant before a play in Ivoryton. Wow, did we find THE place. I ordered the Shrimp & Scallops Vodka, my wife had the Faroe Island Salmon, and my mother-in-law had the Scallops Risotto. Each dish was picture perfect--I wish I had thought to take photos. The preparation and flavor matched the plate appearance! Each dish was expertly prepared, and was a 10 out of 10. We ate outside on the deck--there was a large party inside--and enjoyed a nice Summer breeze. The cocktails were also superb--Elderflower Paloma. The SERVICE was also impeccable--our waiter (family restaurant for sure) knew the menu top to bottom. He was informative, friendly and professional. This restaurant does everything to perfection. I cannot wait to dine at Corvo again. You owe it to yourself to try this place.
