I use to go to this Bakers on my commute a lot, but I'm not sure if it switched to new management within the last year, but it is not the same as it was. Whenever I would ask for one hash brown they would give me two, even if I specified I only want one they would say yes one order of two, even though one hash brown is on the menu. Today I got a bagel and the cream cheese was so off that after one bite I could not eat it any more, it tasted rancid.

Half the time the coffee is always wrong or tastes terrible. Sent my husband in for a coffee that was posted online and it was not at all what was advertised, no cold foam, couldn’t taste the flavor…. tried to add to it at home but it’s terrible.

I work at the Pomfret Baker’s Dozen, so I’ve had my fair share of coffee — but my visit to the Chaplin location absolutely blew me away! The coffee was perfect (hands down the best I’ve ever had), and the manager at the window made it with such care. Friendly service, smooth coffee, and the kind of attention to detail that makes you want to come back every day. Great job, Chaplin team! ☕👏

Stale ass donuts. The place is known for their donuts and 1 they were nearly sold out and what they had was stale as crap. I brought them a half dozen home and they were pretty bad. Truth be told we threw out half of them as they inedible. Too bad, this used to be the place to go in NE CT cause Dunkin sucked. Sad Dunkin is currently better and I hate even saying that.
