Today was my first time visiting this Dunkin, and I was honestly impressed from the moment I walked in. Even though they were busy, one employee was changing all the trash bins while another was wiping down tables with sanitizer. When I got to the counter, two employees paused just long enough to acknowledge me and let me know someone would be right with me. I waited less than five seconds before a young woman kindly took my order.

I have a picky eater who loves chocolate-covered coffee rolls, and I didn't see any on the shelf. When I asked if they had any in the back, I expected to hear they were out--but instead, she offered to make one fresh and said it would only take about 30 seconds. She absolutely made my son's day!

I also ordered two frozen hot chocolates. At other Dunkin locations, they're usually pretty plain-- usually a tiny splash of whipped cream and maybe if they feel like it a dab of chocolate but these looked amazing, filled to the top with whipped cream and a generous drizzle of chocolate.

This will officially be my new go-to Dunkin. Working in food service isn't easy, especially dealing with the public nonstop, but the employees here were truly outstanding. Great job!! ❤️😊

“I just wanna take a moment to commend this coffee shop for having an amazing changing table set up for parents. Although I had my own supplies, there were diapers and wipes available to parents and I LOVE that the changing table is in a bathroom accessible to both moms AND dads. My fiancé has so often ran into an issue where they are no changing tables available for dads to access. It’s awesome to see a business consider all parents, not just moms!”
