A wonderful family outing. Tea and foods were delicious!!! We all ordered different flavors and then picked more for our refills. Such a cute and cozy restaurant. The gift shop was fun to browse through. Staff was so friendly and welcoming.
A truly special place. There are many well regarded and well known restaurants and casual places to eat across Connecticut, but this was the highlight of our trip. I think if we didn’t have an itinerary to follow we would have stayed for hours. If they put a bookstore adjacent to Penny Farthing it could be a day long destination lol. This bakery made us the most beautiful birthday cake! It was incredibly moist, fresh, and absolutely delicious. We chose a mascarpone lemon cake with fresh berries and a whipped cream topping, and every bite was amazing.
It was beautifully made, tasted wonderful, and was very fairly priced. We couldn’t have been happier with it and will definitely be ordering from here again!
