Surprisingly really good and clean. I was a little skeptical but great choices including a variety of milks and vegan protein

Stopped in for my first time and everyone was very polite, friendly and helpful in deciding what to get. I tried the tomato wrap with chicken and it was delicious!

Our server, Regina, was very knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all our questions and gave us her recommendations, which were spot on. Shout out Regina!

We enjoyed an excellent meal. We ordered take out and the food was ready in less than ten minutes (and it was worth the short wait). I had the crunchy quinoa salad and my companion had the avocado wrap. The ingredients in my salad were very fresh and the dressing was delicious. I also had the power berry protein shake. Five stars across the board.

OMG this place needs some acoustic foam. Had to shout my order to cut through the blender noise. Air conditioning conduit leaks on people in line for the single bathroom. Seems understaffed and sloppily run. Food was edible but a bit tasteless and unmemorable.

Boost Bowls is a cozy spot with a really welcoming vibe. The food is fresh, healthy, and full of flavor — perfect if you’re looking for something both delicious and nutritious. The staff is friendly and attentive, which makes the experience even better. Prices are a bit on the higher side for what you get, but overall it’s a great place to enjoy a healthy meal in a nice atmosphere.

This place is pretty good. I had a matcha cha smoothie. I enjoyed it. I would go back and try a few more things. Everyone is nice, too which is a plus.
The most amazing experience at Mystic Boost Bowls. I got an açaí bowl & it was delicious and everything was made fresh ! My watermelon lemonade tasted like I was literally eating a fresh watermelon. The staff was extremely welcoming from start to finish. Loved my entire experience thank you boost bowls team!!

Nice if you can eat gluten .
I accompanied my friend to get a sandwich.
But she was unable to eat at this restaurant because they were not able to fulfill her gluten-free modifications that were stated on their menu. The person at the counter was able to take the order. But a lady came from the kitchen and appeared upset and repeated at a high voice in the quiet store that it wasn’t possible to sub the bread. I’m not sure why this upset her so much since it was modification was on the menu above her head. When my friend asked what could she get instead, the lady offered her a tomato on the bread. We decided to just leave. Very disappointing and uncomfortable.
The 2 other workers were polite, store was very clean and decorated in a fun way.
The merch was cute, nicer than other stores merch, though limited in options.
Great spot for healthy food and working remote if you don’t have gluten allergy.

Restaurantji Recommends
I love the festive decor. Although I’m allergic to bananas and every one of the bowls on the menu includes bananas, Lily was nice enough to offer me an alternative of Greek yogurt. I highly recommend!

The building is beautiful inside and out, and is right in the heart of Mystic. The decor and music create a great atmosphere. The acai bowl was a little different than any I have had before. The pineapple it was blended with overpowered the taste and created a chalky texture. The bananas on top were a bit too ripe. The portion size was very generous though. My friend got the pesto wrap and loved it.

Great addition to downtown. I had a wrap. Very high quality and filling. My son had a bowl and the same, very good. It's a bit expensive, but for lunch, a $13 bowl will fill you up. Vibe is nice and modern.

I love having a healthy and delicious lunch option, while at work in Downtown Mystic. The toast, the smoothies, and wraps are delicious

I got a bowl - banana—strawberry base with peach, dried cranberries and flaxseed. Granola included. It took quite awhile to come out. The sunny dining area is basic - 5 small tables and 2 medium tables - which is fine but the noise of the blender needs to go. Maybe in the back room. It is really loud.
