Avoid. Takes forever for them to make the junkiest, lowest grade food. Been here three or four times and it has not improved.

After spending $30 hours making a 20 percent tip on chicken tenders and fries they locked us out and would not let us in for ketchup. They saw us waving and knocking and ignored us. At least the seaport was great ambiance.

Disappointing. Only 1 register running during lunch time, out of lobster rolls and clam rolls at 12:30. Wife ordered fish and chips ($24) that was supposed to include Cole slaw. After paying and picking up food 15 minutes later, no Cole slaw. When asked about said Cole slaw, was told “we’re all out”, so was given an extra small cup of tartar sauce instead. On the upside, the burger ($12) was surprisingly good. Overall, would not recommend.

Food is pretty good. Pricey, but not unexpected. Dairy free and gluten free options👍. Good service.

Very disappointed with the lunch. Very pricey especially for what you get. Food quality is pretty poor. Our fried seafood (Fisherman’s Platter) was beyond over cooked—it was burnt! Long line waiting to order as there is only one cash register even during the lunch rush, then it is another 30+ minutes for the food to be prepared. Sad!

I can confidently say this is the WORST place I've ever eaten by far.

Some pretty awful overdone fish with a very small portion of fries. And still $20. Find another location to eat or stick to the grab and go items.

No high chairs, very disappointing. Ordered a kids “Fish & chips” for my toddler grandson and was given an option to choose fries or clementines. I was wrong to think “fish & chips” would include fries. For $11.00 I received a small piece of fried fish and a small cup of clementines. No fries (“chips” as you would expect in an order of this).Add some high chair availability and change your kid fish & chips to “fish” with the clear option of chips OR clementines. Will bring our lunch next time, since we’re members we visit often.

Looking at the menu in advance I expected this to be a sit down, high-quality experience. It was the opposite. It is a cafeteria with fine dining prices. The food was mediocre at best, the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, and in general the place was a mess.
