Unbelievably fantastic brunch! We went here today to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and everything about the brunch was amazing. The pastries, the doughnuts, the desserts!! The seating area is beautiful and is warm. Service was great. Well worth the money and a great way to celebrate any occasion or treat yourself.

What a beautiful place. Rooftop in the winter with fire elements is always a good time. Food was delicious. No complaints.

Although the mocktails were lacking, everything else was outstanding. Great staff, amazing food. The bread was so good we ordered extra to-go. The waitress recommended the fried goat cheese truffles with beets, the pork ribs and mushroom pasta-- I'm so glad we went along with her recommendations. They also wrote a nice message in chocolate for my husband's birthday and sent us home with a couple chocolates (we would have eaten them then, but we were so full). I highly recommend staying for dessert. Mix is definitely contending to be my favorite restaurant. Parking is challenging in this town on the weekends, so I recommend arriving early
So I've gone here for dinner and it's a totally different experience. Brunch is solidly a 3/5 while dinner is typically a 5/5 meal.I love chef Liv but brunch was not the vibe. I expected more for the price. I did appreciate the opportunity to try some of the pastries offered at Sift but the flavor and texture of brunch options were really lacking.I got the brunch burger and the bun was doughy and under cooked. Similarly, the potatoes were very much undercooked. I wish there were more options for gluten free substitutions, because without the bread to carry many of the brunch options they fall completely flat texturally. A very underwhelming experience.

Best view in Mystic! Brunch is pricey but worth every penny. The service is always fantastic. The food and presentation has been pristine every visit and I love the rotating menu choices that flow with the season. My only hesitation in posting this review is it still seems like a bit of a hidden gem in Mystic and I don't want my new favorite place to get too crowded ?

Exceptional service and exquisite food. Right from the start with an array of terrific breads offered with assorted spreads, we knew everything would be great. The potato leek soup was luscious and served steaming hot. The hazelnut crusted goat cheese fritters were absolutely perfect with mixed greens and beet tzatziki. My steak was cooked perfectly and the mushroom tortelloni was delectable. Everything was just wonderful and we will certainly visit again.

Our waitress was wonderful and so accommodating! She even was able to get my favorite hot drink for me! From now on when my son is in town this will definitely be one of our spots to visit!
Loved sitting at the fireside table. The atmosphere was relaxed and upbeat and the food was really good. I got the hazelnut crusted goat cheese fritters that came with a beet salad, the crispy pork ribs, and a passionfruit margarita. The ribs were incredibly satisfying cuz they were so juicy and flavorful! And I usually hate beets but the goat cheese fritters with the tartar sauce complimented the beet salad very well! The margarita wasn't as sweet as I'm used to but it was still really good. One of my chef's from culinary class said "you know the food is good when no one is talking" and I'm reminded of that every time I'm sitting with friends and we're all zoned in to our food. 10/10 would definitely recommend and will be going again!Wheelchair accessibility: There is no wheelchair accessibility because you have to go up a flight of stairs
We love it here when we came in August. We got 2 appetizers and a few drinks. The octopus is a must try! Loved the vibe and the creative cocktails they had. All the drinks were well made and well balanced. Not cheap for sure but what rooftop type of place is?

The food at Mix is excellent. The scallops were seared perfectly and the potato leek soup was outstanding. I tried my husband's crispy Thai pork ribs, and they were the best ribs I've ever had. The service and atmosphere were wonderful.

The ambience is incredible. Views of Mystic with a fireplace can't be beat. The service was impeccable and wait staff perfect. As a New Englander I sometimes don't stray too much from the normal fare. Thank goodness I did tonight. The food was delicious and different without being too different. Can't wait to go again.

I’ve been to Mix in the past and loved it so I was thrilled to see they were now offering brunch. I attended the first one and it was absolutely incredible! The amount of pastries and desserts was amazing! The entrees were delicious, and the portions were great. If you’ve always wanted to sample a variety of Sift, Young Buns, and ATY confections, this brunch is for you! Service was excellent too! Can’t say enough good things and can’t wait to return!
