My daughter and I were looking for a healthy bite after a day in the heat in Mystic. I researched this place before our trip and it did not disappoint! The ingredients are fresh and there are tons of options for toppings and 3 lettuce options. $12/salad with as many options as you want, $4 extra for chicken, $1.50 extra for avocado…I mean seriously?! How could you not order one?! The guy making our salads was super friendly and accommodating too. My only suggestion would be some outdoor seating to enjoy the salads by the water. Otherwise…go here!

Our go-to salad place - a shame it’s a 35 minute drive. Great portions. Friendly staff. Nice location. No seating options but in the warmer weather, it’s nice to sit on the river and enjoy a big salad with a view.

The freshest best tasting salad I’ve had in a long time. It’s made to order and enough for a good sized meal. I came here at 2 pm on a winter weekday and the town is empty - but there’s a constant stream of locals coming through. Pro tips: (1) the chipotle ranch is homemade and delicious flavorful but not spicy (2) I asked for half the normal amount of dressing and that was plenty. (3) they have taste spoons of the dressing selections (4) there was no indoor seating (at least in winter), but there’s is a covered patio with benches that can seat 8 people. All overlooking the picturesque river setting.
Stumbled across this restaurant when cutting through Mystic. What a beautiful, clean, and delicious restaurant! I had the tuna poke bowl and a friend had a salad, and both were fantastic! All the ingredients were fresh, and the service was quick. Would come again and recommend to all!

I work in town and this is my go-to place for lunch. They make the salad right in front of you, adding whatever you want. The portion size is generous, usually more than I can eat. And it's $11. I go outside walk 50' and eat lunch right on the river. The guys are the nicest. Nothing wrong about this place.

1 size 1 price salads. There were different types of greens and so many choices of ingredients! You could have the salad chopped or not. A large variety of dressings. Everything was fresh, the place was clean, and the employees were polite and kind.
Vegetarian options: Salads so everything was vegetarian although you could order a protein. I'm vegetarian so i did not pay attention to the meat offered.
