My daughter and I were looking for a healthy bite after a day in the heat in Mystic. I researched this place before our trip and it did not disappoint! The ingredients are fresh and there are tons of options for toppings and 3 lettuce options. $12/salad with as many options as you want, $4 extra for chicken, $1.50 extra for avocado…I mean seriously?! Our go-to salad place - a shame it’s a 35 minute drive. Great portions. Friendly staff. Nice location. No seating options but in the warmer weather, it’s nice to sit on the river and enjoy a big salad with a view.
The freshest best tasting salad I’ve had in a long time. It’s made to order and enough for a good sized meal. I came here at 2 pm on a winter weekday and the town is empty - but there’s a constant stream of locals coming through.
