Bleu Ginger on Main Street in Mastic is a true gem! As vegans, we were thrilled with the fantastic selection of plant-based options available. We ordered the crispy tofu, spring rolls, sushi, and ramen, and every single dish was absolutely amazing. The ramen, in particular, stood out with its incredibly tasty and lemony broth – so refreshing!
Beyond the delicious food, the ambiance of the restaurant was also wonderful. It created a truly enjoyable dining experience. Even our toddler daughter loved the food, which is always a huge plus!
The location is also incredibly convenient, with street parking available right outside. We highly recommend Bleu Ginger for anyone looking for delicious food, great vegan choices, and a lovely atmosphere. We can't wait to visit again!

Awesome asian fusion restuarant in Mystic, CT. They have a unique menu with so many savory choices. I got the chicken pad thai and miso soup. They also have a good selection of cocktails. I got a yummy mango martini today!
We love LOVE ramen and are always looking for places that have it around Connecticut. We decided to come here for our 5th anniversary and it did not disappoint. We got the Japanese bao buns to start (sauce on that was super yummy), I got the black garlic ramen which was delicious, and my partner got the ½ crispy duck drunken noodles. Portions were great-we are bringing home left overs from both meals. Service was delightful- everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Food came out at the perfect pace as well. Beautiful, clean, and obviously well cared for establishment as well. The owners must really love what they do and this place because it shows im everything. Overall, lovely place. 5/5 will definitely be coming back here whenever we get the chance.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND - So unfortunate- we had a very poor service experience here. Our order was delayed which is sometimes understandable and not the basis of my unfavorable review. However, when we did finally get our food, the server was unapologetic, rude and did not seem to care. The food was terribly bad and of poor quality.(cold & undercooked) WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

This place use to be the best place for ramen in the area. Since the name change the ramen has changed. I am disappointed in how much the spicy garlic ramen has changed. They still have good food, but the ramen isn't as flavorful as it use to be.
Also, for some reason this place is always cold now. Customer service is still good.
