Order eggs Benny but got a fried egg too much hollandais sauce English muffin was uncooked and soggy and all that took over 25 minutes to come to my table. I would not recommend it for breakfast but they do make good lattes and brewed coffee
Service was terrible. Took us to the table and never checked on us. Food was disappointing. I got The lobster Benedict and it was dry, barely any sauce, the lobster was overcooked and the spinach was so starchy and the stems were so long it’s all I could taste. I would’ve asked my server for some more sauce but she never checked on us until another one had to go and get her to bring us the bill.

Toast + Tonic will inspire you. The food is uncanny. We went here twice in two days because we couldn’t resist the cravings. The menu is stacked with amazing meals, side dishes, drinks, and teas. Every option is a great option. The food is absolutely delicious. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner are all so, so good. The portions are perfect. The flavors are perfect.
The staff is really nice. Very attentive and courteous. We were there when it was packed and when there was an extra-large group (12+ diners). The entire restaurant was served well, served quickly, and served correctly.
There is some outdoor seating available as well. The inside gives off a mix of rustic and modern vibes. The colors and décor compliment the food and vibe perfectly. There is a small counter with baked goods and other items for sale.
Toast + Tonic is worth a trip by itself. And if you happen to be spending a day at the Olde Mystick Village shops area, make sure this restaurant is on your list of stops.

Went on a Sunday late morning when it was not busy at all. We sat down right away then waited 20 minutes before they took our drink orders. We waited another 25 minutes for them to bring 2 orders out then a few minutes later they brought 1 more order finally a few minutes later the final three orders showed up. A little over an hour from the time we walked in until we all got our food. The food was mediocre and luke warm. We got silverware with dried egg yolk on it and a hair in some scrambled eggs. The whole experience was kind of a shock but the we got the bill and noticed that they added 20 percent tip in top of the bill for a party of six (3 kids and 3 adults). They also never asked how everything was after we got the food which is food service 101. Definitely will not return.

Amazing meal with an amazing waitress. Loved the environment. Food was delicious, waitress was on point. Food came out a bit slow but we did get there at open. Seemed our waitress was the only one working when we arrived, shortly more crew arrived. Experience was great. Will most certainly visit again.

I hate to spill where to get my favorite items with the general public, so consider this a PSA: the carrot/apple/ginger juice here is among the best I’ve ever had (multitudes). Always remember to tip!

We had reservations showed up 10 min early to be told our table was given to a bigger party and we had to wait but there was also 2 parties ahead of us for the same time slot. Will never return. Drove 50 min just to come here for brunch. Our visit was not on a holiday weekend and I spoke to no one on the phone about our reservation so whatever the owner wrote is a complete lie on their end.
We ate here on a Sunday while visiting Mystic. We waited for more than 45 min after we ordered for our food. I asked halfway in and our server said that the food would be a few minutes longer. Our server did not communicate anything was wrong until she brought the food out and there had been a “mixup” in the kitchen. We were not happy watching other groups that arrived after us get their food and leave while we were waiting. The food was average and our hot lattes were lukewarm.
There are definitely other restaurants in Old Mystic Village that would be better to visit.

We were in town for a few days and the first day we had Lobster Bennie and the crab omelet. Everything was so good we came back a second time. The coffee is amazing too. Plus they were dog friendly!! You should definitely give them a try!
