K&K Thai Lao Food is a small, hidden gem located just off the highway with easy parking. The restaurant is modest, very clean, and the price is average. Service is quick, pleasant, warm, friendly, and inviting. Customers say the beef pho is AMAZING and the chicken satay is 10/10. The pineapple fried rice is also amazing, and the pineapple cashew chicken stirfry gets a 10/10. Wonton soup is hearty with generous amount of wontons, and thai fried rice tastes homey. Wings are spicy but tasty. Crab rangoons could use more filling inside, but the overall food is still 5 star Thai. Pho, pad thai, spring rolls, fried dumplings are all flavorful. Many return for their next visit, saying it is one of the best in CT and a go‑to Asian food place. The staff is nice and kind, making the place feel like a family business. Overall, K&K Thai Lao Food is an authentic style Thai restaurant that offers generous portions and delicious, flavorful dishes.
