Since the pandemic the lines are longer and my orders are frequently wrong. I understand that good help is hard to find at this time but after paying $5+ for my coffee and realizing its not what I ordered, gets my day off to a bad start, especially since I waited so long for it and repeated my order 4 times.
I go to Dunkin every morning because Sarah is GREAT in doing my order . I read a reveiw from a lowlife named Betty I,this person has some serious mental health issues please dont listen to her as I know all staff there from going everyday ,6 days a week ,how dare someone try to discredit someone because they forgot to take their meds,what has this world come to ,Dunkin should take this down as it is slander because it names name and illegal activity that has no proof Thank You...read full review

I don’t know who’s running the drive thru. These are the most polite Dunkin’ Donuts employees I have EVER encountered. I’m not even kidding you! They ensure your order is correct. And I can also tell by looking at my ice coffee if it’s gonna taste good or not. This Dunkin’ does not disappoint. Go see for yourself. They definitely go the extra mile. I went back several days after and still the same great service.
