Naugatuck Nutrition has definitely been a lifesaver in a town that has very little nutritional options and overpriced, mediocre-at-best takeout. Great for when you’re hungover, needing to curb a sweet craving, wanting a light lazy breakfast/lunch, or are feeling sick. Would I say that I agree with the use of Multi level marketing Herbalife? I definitely do not like that part and surely would be happier with a protein mix that includes whole food powders, and more nutrients. It’s understandable how many can see this as overpriced, however as someone who makes protein shakes at home regularly, the prices make sense. You are not only paying for a protein shake, but you are paying for something more indulgent and that’ll taste great, as well as the labor that goes into it. Rather than having one powder you have endless possibilities of flavor combinations and are buying time off of your hands. For me it’s between paying $8-$13 for a healthier meal replacement, or having to opt in to supporting businesses that make low quality, nutritionless food and charge twice that amount… or I cook for myself which I don’t always have time for! It’s give or take. Thanks for being here Naugatuck nutrition!

So happy I decided to stop in! I ordered a post workout shake and was surprised by all the choices they had! You can add things to your shake as well. They have vegan options available as well! They have energizing tea's, shakes, even offer baked protein goods! Was greeted as soon as I walked in and everyone was very friendly and answered any question I had perfectly. A very welcoming feel here. I can't wait to come back to try some of the tea's!

Naugatuck Nutrition is probably one of my favorite, go-to places for a pick me up or a meal replacement shake. Their menu is extensive and they will also make any combination drink you'd like. My daughter is obsessed with their smoothie bowls. Every shake they offer can also be made as a smoothie bowl....a MUST TRY! I could go on all day about their teas. As a diabetic, I have to be quite careful with what I consume. The teas and shakes, alike, have never spiked my numbers. They also offer numerous specials each day and their baked goods are to die for! Now let's talk about the staff. I have never met a more lively group of people! From the second you walk in, you're family. They can make anyone's not so great day, turn around. They are all so lovely, especially the owner Krystal and her staff member London. I can not recommend Naugatuck Nutrition enough. Stop in, give it a go. I promise you will not be disappointed!!

Meaning customers who know nothing about herbalife will pay top dollar for a drink, not realizing there are less expensive and affordable drinks at this establishment. As an herbalife distributor I am fully aware of the prices for combos and such. I also visit my surrounding valley towns, and I will say Naugatuck nutrition is the most expensive.
