Naugatuck Nutrition has definitely been a lifesaver in a town that has very little nutritional options and overpriced, mediocre-at-best takeout. Great for when you’re hungover, needing to curb a sweet craving, wanting a light lazy breakfast/lunch, or are feeling sick. Would I say that I agree with the use of Multi level marketing Herbalife? I definitely do not like that part and surely would be happier with a protein mix that includes whole food powders, and more nutrients....read full review
Love this place!! Definitely a great vibe in there. The owner and her employees know their products and can always make great recommendations. But my favorite things have to be the protein breakfasts/desserts. I live on these all week!!
