Tried The Hub on a recommendation. I'm a little bit of a pizza snob. I want a delicious authentic crust. True tomatoe sauce and real mozzarella cheese. If it's pepperoni I'm looking at picante salami. (No I wont order pineapple on pizza)We were the only party for lunch when we arrived and noone at the bar. Excellent pies!! We tried the spicy meatball (they do not skimp on the cherry peppers it is SPICY BUT GOOD!), the chicken bacon ranch, the goat, beast mode, sausage and some salads. The Caesar was so flavorful and the croutons are perfection. The garden salad was very big definitely good for sharing. The small pies were more than enough for one person. This is old footage from The Hub, truly a good spot. The ambiance is good, it does get very busy, & no reservations. Make sure you get there early & ready in case there is a wait, worth it though.
