“While visiting family, we found an amazing breakfast spot that blew us away. Back in Brooklyn, we’re used to Defonte’s Sandwich Shop, and not many places can match their incredible flavors. But this place? It came pretty close! My sister-in-law highly recommended it, and she was right—every bite was fantastic.
We tried the spicy sandwich, filled with cheese, eggs, and just the right amount of bacon. The flavors were spot-on—the perfect blend of spice, soft cheese, and crispy bacon made every bite unforgettable. If you're in the area, we highly recommend stopping by for breakfast. You won’t be disappointed.“

“BEST BREAKFAST SANDWICH I'VE EVER HAD. I love how many options they give you with each ingredient. The steak and egg with southwest sauce on an everything bagel was incredible. Sauce has a good kick, I'd say around jalapeno level of heat FYI. Ignore the review below. Yeah it takes a little longer than Dunkin cuz the food is freshly made to order, duhh.“

“I love this place. The food is delicious. There is so much variety I can get something new each time. The portions are great. The seating includes outlets at every table (sincere THANK YOU from us students), and the staff is the FRIENDLIEST staff you will ever meet. “We were traveling through the arena on Hwy 84 at 6 am and wanted coffee. Caffe Italia was the only place open so we drove into Waterbury. Winding our way there we almost decided to turn around and then…there it was. This was like walking into a little Italian neighborhood hangout….with EXCELLENT espresso! At 6 am there was a group of local Italians, reading papers, playing cards and generally sharing the days news. It felt like being at home with family. Great atmosphere! Lots of specialty Italian food, cheeses etc. Super nice guy who made our espresso. We would definitely stop in again for more!“
“I've been to a lot of bars in my life and this is my absolute favorite place to go. Everyone that works there is an absolute riot and I would go there just to hang out with them if for whatever reason they ran out of alcohol. I highly recommend Carmine's :-)“
