“Our company has been using Cafe 4 catering for years, each month for lunch. Everything we have ever ordered is always fresh & delicious. Our all time favorite is the Malin salad with grilled chicken. The balsamic vinaigrette is to die for. Also they have the best chicken salad wraps & turkey club wrap with chipotle mayo. All their sandwiches are great! Do yourself a favor & stop in for lunch, you will not be disappointed!“

“We’ve been going here for about 4 years and are never disappointed. My husband and I love their Spanish options (best huevos rancheros I’ve been able to find outside of New York), but they also have eggs, pancakes, and other “classic” items. And this is just their breakfast menu! Their lunch items are just as delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly, service is fast even on a busy day, we LOVE all of the sauces on every table, it’s always clean, and they add new dishes pretty often to keep their menu fresh. Can’t say enough good things about them!“

“The Village Cafe is one of my favorite places for breakfast and lunch. A true hidden treasure in the heart of Ansonia. The quality of the food made here is second to none, and the value for what you pay can't be beat. I always order the house salad with grilled chicken & my co workers love the chicken breakfast burrito, but we have tried pretty much everything on the menu and it is all equally as good. The Village Cafe team is top notch and I am so thankful to have such a wonderful place nearby.“

“I ordered tea online on a whim, and wow, am I impressed! I live in central Massachusetts but I will most definitely take a drive down to Connecticut to see the cafe in person. The teas are divine, and the chocolate is out of this world. I could tell that it was packaged with love and care, could literally feel the good vibes oozing out of the box into the air. “1st time and fell in love. I had the vegan chicken sandwich along with sweet potatoe fries. I didn't touch the sandwich I just ate the fries bcuz that's what i fell in luv with WOW. Recommend. “I went there to get a coffee and decided to also try a croissant and a chicken empanada. Both were delicious, but the latte was not really to my taste, even though I asked for an extra espresso shot. It just wasn’t strong enough for me, but that’s a personal preference. I like my lattes on the stronger coffee side. Next time I will try a smaller size lol. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I asked for my empanada to be warmed, but the chicken was still very cold.
I would definitely go back when I’m in CT. The barista was very nice, and the shop itself is beautiful with marble and gold decor. They also have a small outdoor seating area, which will be perfect in the summer to sit outside and enjoy coffee and pastries.“

“Love the relaxing atmosphere! We were able to enjoy a couple of Trivia Nights which were incredibly fun. The neighbors complaints put a stop to those 🤬🙄 The coffee is amazing! I cannot recommend their food because of the teeny tiny portions. I had a pricy salad that equaled to about two cups of greens & at most a 1/3 of a portobello mushroom cap. I went home & ate since I was starving! Note: I had the salad sans goat cheese. An increased amount of the other two ingredients would have been appreciated!“

We ordered the fish and chips and the turkey sub with fries. Both were delightful! We came in last place for trivia and got a consolation prize! ? Great times, good food, good people. Highly recommend for a casual night out for food and drinks!“

“I recently went to the Crown Cafe for breakfast sandwiches. I called in the order on the phone and everything was ready when I got there. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the buns were fresh. The prices were very reasonable as well. Hope to go back soon.“

“So I took my boyfriend on Father’s Day. We were able to sit. The waitress was very nice, I will say for one person she had a lot on her plate but managed very well. The wait was long due to take outs and online orders but when we got the food it was definitely worth the wait. My suggestion so people can come in and dine is to give a time frame on how long people can sit and dine.“
