They had tablets where we could place our order and pay as well. There are options should you have allergies. They will call you when your food is ready. You bus your own table and if you prefer to sit outside, there are a couple of tables available. We had salads, which were delicious. If I lived closer, I would be a regular visitor. Can't wait to go back again.
The food was as expected and the service was very good. The only thing I find troubling is how dirty the men's restroom was. The floor looks like it hasn't been cleaned since they opened with dried urine running down the grout lines. I was also sticking to the floor in front of the toilet which is not pleasant. I think at times places miss things when they are still kind of new, but it definitely needs to be addressed.

We've visited this location a few times on weeknights and Saturday afternoon. I feel the food is consistently prepared well and the orders are accurate. The atmosphere is always clean and organized. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. We're happy to have a Panera in Monroe and look forward to returning many times for the addictive bread bowls!
