“Now, I never ever write reviews, as I’m just an easy-going, genuine girl who will say whatever she feels best in person, but after taking a single sip of my ‘Iced Peeps Latte’ made by the name ‘Emily’ on my receipt, or whoever the absolute sweetheart is working at 6:40 PM on 03/21/24, I could not go without writing this and making sure she gets her due credit. I have been a loyal customer to Plasko’s for as long as I can remember, having grown up right around the corner from here in Stratford, CT, and come in just about on a weekly basis now, and this coffee I just received is hands-down the best one I’ve ever tasted in my life. I’m the biggest coffee lover I know, and I just need my fellow customers and the admirable staff to know here that this amazing human being went above and beyond in her customer service skills, made me feel so welcomed and seen right away, took my order with care and letted me know that this was her first time making this seasonal drink yet as it just dropped on their menu today, and I just have to say they absolutely made it to pure perfection. “We recently used The taste Garden cafe location to host my daughter birthday party as a “make your own pizza” the kids and all the adults had an amazing time. Giovanni was great with all the kids throughout the whole experience. Since day one he was attentive with everything I asked for and The food was delicious and fresh . This is our new spot to host any future events .“
“My mother worked here for many years, and when someone in the family requires hospital care, this is where we go. It has changed over the years, with a lot of new construction and modernization, The biggest change is the parking garage, which is a huge improvement over the choice between the always full lot and on-street parking. It's odd visiting friends and family and not seeing at least one person I knew; whether nursing staff, dietary, or from one of the many departments that provide care. Admittedly, all of my Mom's friends would be retired by now (as would many of the people my age), and not living in the area for two decades reduced my contact with the hospital. However, it seems that the same level of care is given regardless of whether you have an 'in' or not. If I still lived in the Bridgeport area, this is the hospital I would try to go to if I needed care.“
“Oh my god! My mom, my brother and I were not having a very good day and so we stopped at Panera for lunch. My mom ordered a Ham and Gouda Cheese Melt but they didn’t have mustard which was not the end of the world. They were super nice about it and my mom said the sandwich was good. Just as we were cleaning up and getting ready to leave a very nice worker came up to us with a brand new Ham and Cheese melt, two bags of chips, a cookie, and large drink cup. She said she found the mustard and wanted to give us something as a little sorry. It was one of the nicest things that has happened to us in a while and we were so appreciative. We feel so bad we didn’t catch your name but to that lady who did this for us, thank you so much, you really didn’t have to. We will gladly melt come back next time we are in the area.“

“What a gem in Stratford, ct! My young daughter has food allergies and I was happy to find a place I can regularly pick her up some delicious vegan treats! They even made her birthday cake this year! The coffee, and tea are outstanding and they have seasonal specials for drinks and food! The staff is so helpful answering my questions about food ingredients. I highly recommend!“
“Love this place! My new daily coffee spot. Tried breakfast, lunch and the acai bowls and all was delicious. They have a drive thru which makes it that much easier to stop on your way to work. People are friendly and vibes are super chill. Highly recommend trying.“
“Great place for a coffee and a quick bite to eat. On warm days I love sitting outside where I get a nice cool breeze coming in from the nearby beach, and for days where the weather is less than spectacular, I can relax inside and let the warm atmosphere keep me comfortable.The espresso drinks are fantastic, and the chocolate croissant is a nice mix of buttery pastry with a not too sweet chocolate filling.Parking: Parking is limited directly in front of the store, but you can usually find a spot further down that strip, or park across the street in the few spots they have marked as "15 minutes only"“

I wish they were open on Sunday as it’s our last day visiting we would have definitely stopped again! I wish we had a place like this in PA.
